Ltd.Co established in June 2007 and restructured in January 2013 as PLC, is a private limited Ethiopian firm of consulting Valuers, Engineers, Economists and Business Analysts which is headquartered in Addis Ababa with qualified and experienced experts knowledgeable in the fields of land policy advisory , taxation ,Property Valuation ,property management, cost analysis ,investment appraisal and advisory services for financial reporting, insurance surveying , insurance loss assessment , loan collateral, merger, liquidation, litigation, acquisition, sell and many other statutory requirements. The Firm retains basic staff as permanent employees while it can always flexibly hire experts and individual consultants required for any particular project from its roster of specialists.
